About Quanrel

We make growth teams faster, sharper, and harder to distract.

Quanrel was built after years of watching strong teams lose time to fragmented tools, vague analytics, and unranked optimisation work. We turn that noise into a commercial operating view.

One shared view for product, growth, and marketing.
Ranked opportunities instead of unstructured dashboards.
Faster decisions on where conversion effort actually belongs.
Our story

Quanrel started with a pattern we kept seeing inside ambitious companies.

The teams were capable. The traffic was there. The conversion problems were visible somewhere in the stack. But no one had a clean operating layer tying behavioural signal, technical friction, and commercial consequence together.

So backlog quality suffered, teams argued over symptoms, and revenue leaks stayed open for longer than they should. Quanrel exists to close that gap between "we have data" and "we know what to do next."

How we build

Three principles that shape every product decision.

These are not aspirational values — they are the filters we apply when deciding what to build, what to cut, and what to change.

Principle 01

Decision-ready intelligence

We do not want teams spending another week translating analytics into action. The product should do that translation work up front.

Principle 02

Scoring over opinion

Every opportunity should be ranked against traffic, friction, and estimated value at risk so the next move is defensible.

Principle 03

Shared commercial context

Growth, product, and marketing should not be working from different definitions of what matters most.

Leadership

Built by people who have lived the optimisation problem from the inside.

We care about operating clarity as much as data quality. That bias shows up in how we build the product and how we work with customers.

Alex Johnson

Co-founder & CEO. Led growth and product functions inside B2B SaaS teams, then built Quanrel to stop high-intent optimisation work getting buried under noise.

Maria Patel

Co-founder & CTO. Built data infrastructure at scale and now leads the systems that turn behavioural events into prioritised action.

Tom Chen

Head of Product. Brings deep experimentation and analytics experience to the product experience, customer workflows, and opportunity framing.
